New diet is a breeze thanks to PTE

I don't like cooking, and I don't like shopping for food, so until lately I've eaten out - a lot.

I've been working on eating more healthful meals, and this week I decided to make food at home using the recipes in a fitness book I've been using. I entered the recipes into Plan to Eat and planned which meals I'll eat for the rest of the week. Super simple, super fun.

I went to the grocery store last night, and the app grouped all the things I needed to buy, making shopping painless.

Making the recipes is even more fun, because the web app I installed (nice bookmark thing via Safari on iOS) guided me, step-by-step.

Plan to Eat is helping me live a more healthful life. Thank you!
