Starting (slowing) AIP. Will do slow and modified because I am pregnant and following a GD protocol, but starting by eliminating nightshades and switching to sprouted grains, brown rice, and quinoa only for grains. Still doing dairy and eggs because I don't know how to eat 6 meals a day and chase a toddler without hardboiled eggs and cheesesticks :P
I to am interesting in AIP recipes...We are dairy, egg, soy, and grain/gluten free....and my recipes will also be low carb, and low GI (except for the occasional treat recipe :) ) We also do not eat refined sugar or fake sugar....sticking to dates, maple syrup, and honey :)

I'm not full-on AIP, though I'm contemplating it. Lots of egg-free paleo
recipes, though, since I'm definitely allergic to eggs.

i have been trying to do paleo/autoimmune. I stay away from eggs, tomatoes, nightshades, grains, dairy. I fell of the horse due to poor planning and hoping to be able to plan more so i am successful. I own A TON of paleo ebooks, cookbooks and a few autoimmune. Would love friends who have lots of AIP and Paleo already added, but I will be adding a lot too to stay on track so add me!
