Ok, I will admit it, my recipes are not real food. I am just now
starting to find some to make real food.
But I have suffered from migraines since I was 4 years old. 3
weeks ago, I ended up in hospital again.. But it was different this
time.. Turns out as you age the migraines can get worse and mine
The emergency room doctor told me that for hormonal migraines i

have a migraine. But she also recommended I cut back on the

ALOT about foods and how they can impact my health.
In order to control my migraines I need to be in control of what
goes into my food. I am looking for a REAL FOOD group or person
with REAL FOOD recipes. I am willing to put the time in (if I have
to) to make mine and my family's life better.
