Low Fat, Whole Food, Plant Based, Gluten Free (Vegan)

My husband and I are naturally reversing Type 2 Diabetes (him) and Heart Disease (me). We have adopted a low fat, whole food, plant based diet. I am also gluten free and we are eating mostly according to Dr. McDougal, Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Barnard's plans. We still have 4 children at home so coming up with creative, tasty dishes is our ongoing goal.

Would be happy to share recipes with others.
