I just had the full Roux en Y in November, and I just added you all to my friends list! I am doing well, habits are settling in (the good ones anyway!) and I am looking here for some help when I reach those inevitable "ruts" that are lurking around the corner.
Coming up on my first anniversary of getting sleeved. I am looking for good Bariatric friendly and low oxalate recipes both, at the same time would be awesome as those are hard to find without a ton of work.
