No sugar, no flour, no processed foods

I have completed a boot camp and it has radically changed my life for the better. I have let go of all processed foods, sugar and flour - in all its guises. I have lost more than 40 lbs / 20kg in 4 months and feel brand new! I love to create, share and try recipes which support my new lifestyle.

    Yay Aletta - so happy to be on the same journey with you. I'm on day 48 and lost around 17 lbs so far. Loving the journey!

    Camp Training with Bright Line Eating. Aletta changed the name of our
    recipe book to "Recipe Commons". You may want to contact Aletta directly.
