Stores
Shopping list stores allow you to group your shopping list items in your favorite grocery stores or categories.
The top tab, All Stores, shows all items in all stores. The store, Any Store, is where your items live when they are not in a specific store. You can use this list to look at specific stores, or drag items to it from from your shopping list. The numbers next to each store name indicate how many items you currently have in the store. This menu will always stay in view so you can always drag items to a different store when scrolling down the page.
Shopping list items pulled from the recipes and items on your meal plan, will remember what stores they live in. So when you add a new recipe or a new item to your meal plan it will automatically add it to the correct store. Note: This auto categorization will not work if you delete all similar items in a store or on your meal plan.
Adding a new store
- To add a store, click the [+ Add Store] button
below the store menu.
- Then type in the store name and click the Add Store
button.
- Your new store will show up in your My Stores list
Moving items around
You can move one item (or many) from one store to another. To move one item just click and drag the item to a different store in your store menu. You can also check/select multiple items and then click one of the selected items and drag all of the selected items to a new store.
Deleting a Store
To delete a store, click on the store name in your store menu and then hover over the store's heading above the list of items, and click the red Delete Store link. If you currently have items in this store they will not be deleted, but moved to your "Any Store" category.
