Move sections around in the shopping list

Hi - I'm wondering if its possible to move the sections in the shopping list around so that I can match them up with the layout of my store. They are currently (obviously) in alphabetical order, but I have to jump around the list as I move through the store, and sometimes I miss something.

Also - is there any way to remove names of sections I don't ever use from the list?

   YES and YES. Just select one of the category drop downs and select [Manage Categories].
